i agree. Nothing good comes out of a hit like other than it didn't cost UND a 5 minute major had it been in the middle of the period.

Call them angry, whatever they want...doesn't seem to matter if this group is angry, ****ed, excited...they haven't done much of anything recently. I'll be interested to see how many UNO fans sell their tickets to UND folks. I know a local bar across the street is booked by UND fans. Should be fun. I just don't see UNO coming out with points this weekend.

That can't be true... I was told by a very good omaha fan source that hardly any UND fans would get into baxter...

Hold on, hold on. This wouldn't be the same fan that compared UNO's and UND's programs, coming up with the conclusion that UNO is in fact on par with UNDs, would it? What said fan failed to predict was that secondary ticket purchasers like Ticketmaster or Ticket Express bought numerous season tickets simply to make their money on this weekend. If people are willing to pay, there will be room. The building hasn't sold out in the second half. And since they have been sliding so bad lately, I think if the price is right, a UND fan won't have huge issues getting into the building. Not everyone, but many.

Although, it will be interesting to see what happens with Pauli's bar. The owner let UND fans book the place for the weekend (right across from the arena). I'm not sure how many hardcore UNO fans go to Pauli's before/after games, but I have to believe he will catch some heat from some local fans for giving the bar to the opponent's fan base for the biggest weekend of hockey for UNO. It'll be interesting. I don't predict there will be much backlash, mostly because I don't think there are that many die-hard UNO fans.

He probably just wants to see his bar filled with good looking, intelligent people for a couple of nights. One weekend out of 52 is not too much to ask.
