Mark MacMillan out for an undisclosed time after cutting his wrist in last nights game and having surgery this morning. Let's hope it isn't long but in the meantime a few guys will get a chance to show what they got. The Sioux are deep but this still sucks.

Mark has been absolutely snakebitten his whole career at UND. Hopefully this is not something that will keep him out the rest of the year.

Ya knew the Friars would have s better effort last night and they did. Sioux were 38 seconds away from a sweep until the Friars tied it up. Good effort by both teams. Air Force next on Saturday for a single game.

I thought the Saturday night game was a lot closer than it should have been thanks to Gillies, he's a special athlete. Also, with Mark Mac in the lineup I don't think they score that last goal but that's just speculation and my opinion counts for less than Schrewt Bucks.

Managed to get 2 tickets to the West Regional in Fargo online today. Not sure how as it sold out in like 2 minutes.

Surprising - most of the comments on ss were people that got one in SRO. Lots of people that got shut out.

On the Herald live chat yesterday Brad S. received a number of questions about it, including questions about a possible medical redshirt and the like. He was also asked about the possibility of Mark foregoing a medical redshirt if only to return for just the playoffs. Brad's response was that unless something unforeseen were to happen, Mark will be back "way before that," for what that's worth.

Brad is usually right on so I'm hoping he is again.

I went to most of USA's games when this was in Fargo... had a blast. Pretty cool it's coming back to NoDak.

The semi game against Canada and the final against Russia were amazing. I have never heard it that loud in Scheels Arena since.
