Haven’t read anything anywhere on why he left. Wondering if he will go to Wisconsin since they recruited him pretty heavy and they have lost some recruits too. I was looking forward to seeing him in the green and white.

GRAND FORKS, N.D.– Returning Hobey Baker Award finalist Jordan Kawaguchi has been named the 2020-21 University of North Dakota hockey captain in a vote of his peers. Joining him in the leadership group are fellow senior and now two-time assistant captain Matt Kiersted, junior forward Jasper Weatherby, junior forward Mark Senden, and junior defenseman Jacob Bernard-Docker, who will all be assistant captains.

Schlossman says a couple sources tell him the NCHC and other leagues will announce the expected delay of the season within a week. It seems hopeful that the season will start in November. Not great but not horrible.
