What a snipe by Makar
Isn't a 3 on 3 win a full 3 points?Given how much Leaman has owned Maine, what a weekend to snag four road points!
Each gets a point for tie.Isn't a 3 on 3 win a full 3 points?
Not anymore, used to be. They made it that getting to OT gets each team a point and then you fight for the third.Isn't a 3 on 3 win a full 3 points?
So a 3 on 3 win same as a shootout win? I knew their was a reason they should play 5 minutes 5 on 5 like they used to. What about in PWR?Not anymore, used to be. They made it that getting to OT gets each team a point and then you fight for the third.
For PWR it counts I think as 2/3 of a win for winning in OT, or something like that. Someone can correct me if I have that wrong. So a 3 on 3 win same as a shootout win? I knew their was a reason they should play 5 minutes 5 on 5 like they used to. What about in PWR?
OT weighs as 2/3 (.666) for a win and 1/3 (.333) for a loss in the PWR. Been that way since 2021.So a 3 on 3 win same as a shootout win? I knew their was a reason they should play 5 minutes 5 on 5 like they used to. What about in PWR?
No, shoot out win just gets you extra HE point but still a tie in the books. Dont think its get you anything for PWR - ??So a 3 on 3 win same as a shootout win? I knew their was a reason they should play 5 minutes 5 on 5 like they used to. What about in PWR?
Shootout wins mean nothing in PWR, its considered a tieNo shoot out win just gets you extra HE point but still a tie in the books. Dont think its get you anything for PWR - ??
Even more impressive when you consider the injuries they've dealt with. Nothing wrong with "gritty not pretty"Maine has taken 18 out of a possible 24 points since the calendar changed. Considering the quality of the opponent and road series at Lowell and Providence, I’d consider that pretty great.
It’s not always pretty but these guys find a way to win. Those were the types of games come tournament time that will pay dividends.

Probably. He likely sulks when Maine wins these days and longs for the losing Gendron days.4/6 points down there against those guys is an excellent weekend. This team rocks.
Somewhere, Drew cries in a corner as Maine continues to win.
