AsPee, we'd love to see some upgrades. I think they are coming but better keep your legs crossed in the meantime.Any plans to upgrade Messa? Maybe add a urinal?
No surprise there. If Jeremy Welsh ends up in Utica with the Vancouver affiliate, there could be some interesting meetings between the two.
Is it just me or does the schedule this year look like the toughest for the Dutchman in a long time. This might be called the "No Guts ... No Glory" schedule. It looks like most DI hockey programs start out picking a few weak DII teams or a weak Atlantic Hockey or a weak Canadian team to get warmed up. We are jumping right into the thick of things. The muscle we develop slugging it out with the top teams in the WCHA, NCHC and Big East will put us in good stead when the ECAC schedules starts up in earnest and wins could count allot towards getting us back to the NCAAs. Also, it looks like the ECAC starts the season with 4 of the top 20 or 3 of the top 15 teams. The competition in the ECAC could even be tougher than last year. This is going to be a special year for Union Hockey and College Hockey. This is going to be war .... take no prisoners. Go Dutchmen !!!!
Do you know why they didn't play last night?I was impressed with Lichtenwald also, moves very well and he is a mountain on skates. Noticeable by their absence on the ice were Ghost, Novak and Roy. All 3 were in street clothes.
No, I just saw them sitting upstairs with the video crew. They looked pretty relaxed.Do you know why they didn't play last night?
