UNH- How Far West Do We Go?

Buford: priceless, you see my posts in your sleep and now believe I have multiple posting IDs. Here’s a question that should stump a sub 90 IQ poster like you: if you don’t know who I am why would I have alter ego poster? Hmmmmm
Y'see ... the problem with ditching one ID, coming in with a new one (and possibly adding a new sock puppet to the group) is that you have to keep all of your stories/lies straight. You think you are so clever, and likewise you think the rest of us are dumb and don't notice your little blips and inconsistencies. And the biggest one of those is you supposedly coming on here without a history, and yet having a blinding pre-established hatred of myself, JB and Norbie. Claiming you had met me before was another stupid thing to claim. And it's also not too difficult to establish timelines about when other posting ID's stopped posting, and when new ones started up. Especially when the posting ID that stopped, did so after a soliloquy expressing frustrations with some fellow UNH posters.

Of course, you could come out (lol) in person, and dispel/refute our (and yes, I said our) impressions as to who you are/were, but you choose not to, and instead keep playing your silly (and increasingly tedious) little games. So go ahead, you be you(s), just don't think you're fooling anyone at this point

Any Intel on Felix Gagnon? Souza made a comment on Channel 9 news about the team's health which makes me think we may finally have our full squad on Sunday :)

That's Buford, Elwood and Meathead.

I can't even follow your dumb post. I'm confident I speak for the majority. Focus on getting your electricity put back on (hint: gotta pay the bill) and cleaning the cage of your pet hamster.

Just got an email from UNH that hockey fans are invited to bring their skates to take a few laps around Towse Rink after the game on Sunday and fraternize with the players who also will be skating and signing autographs (I am not making this up, to parrot Dave Barry). How creepy is that, Potluck? All that I can say is that UNH had better win to make for a happy post-game fraternization party. No mention whether Mike Souza will be skating and signing autographs.

Interview with MS7 coming right up during pregame of Army at Dartmouth game on NESN, presented by Boston Harbor Hotel. Woo hoo!

EDIT: Very fine interview. Bravo, Mike! 🙂

All hat and no cattle ... a lonely, isolated poster, writing big checks with insufficient funds to back any of it up.

Must suck to be you (but honestly, I feel WAY worse for your hamster lol) 🐹 :ROFLMAO:

So here come the Dartmouth Indians Big Greens (how do you create a mascot for that??!) featuring the weakest schedule in college hockey (SoS=63), having played over 70% of their games at home.

Betting Lines:
  • Moneyline: Dartmouth around -130 / UNH around +100 to +110.
  • Puck Line (Spread): Dartmouth -1.5 (+110) / UNH +1.5 (-130).
  • Total (Over/Under): Often around 5.5 goals, with juice on either side.
So, I'll take our more battle tested team and the under, thanks.

Somehow Klinefelter will have some rationale of why this is ok.

Thoughts on Army at Dartmouth game on NESN last night. Dartmouth #2 goalie Clarke looked good in 2-0 shut out. But before we say it was only Army, note that UNH is 1-3 in four games against Army in the modern era between 9 December 2017, a 3-4 UNH loss at the Whitt, and 29 December 2023, a 3-6 UNH loss at West Point. However, in 12 games during the Snively Arena era, UNH was 7-1, with only two of those games at Snively. During the pre-Snively era, UNH lost 14 straight, although only one of those games was at Batchelder Rink, a 1-8 UNH loss on 19 February 1960, which I must have attended as I recall UNH playing Army when I was a kid growing up in Durham and that would have been my only opportunity. Not sure if that was the game when my friend’s sister got her tongue stuck to the metal fencing above the boards when Whoops Snively came to the rescue with a cup of hot tea. 🙂

Good points on Dartmouth’s pitiful cupcake-loaded SoS, as even if we win on Sunday, we only rise from 24th to 21st in the almighty NPI. But at least we would dump Dartmouth down to third from its fake No. 1 position. NU would remain in 12th, and BC on the cusp at 14th, likely also an at-large bid when the other fakers Harvard (10th) and Augustana (11th) drop out of contention.
