UNH Football 2010

Re: UNH Football 2010

3-0 UNH after one quarter.

3-3 with under 30 sec to go in the half, Delaware benefiting from another brutal call on a good hit.. called a 'blow to the head and neck area' when he blasted him in the chest to break up a pass...

Re: UNH Football 2010

The Goodell Flag Police have invaded college football too. UNH just made a key stop before halftime and Delaware was rewarded with 15 yards and a first down due to an alleged "hit to the head/neck area" (which looked like the shoulder, though I'm biased).

UD got a FG attempt out of it but they missed. 3-3 at the half.

Joe Biden in the crowd tonight to cheer on the Blue Hens. Hmmm, maybe it's time I took another look at that Sarah Palin . . . :)

Re: UNH Football 2010

UNH's offense looks like something out of the black-and-white-TV era. They can't do anything. This QF is starting to look familiar.:(

Re: UNH Football 2010

unh finally moving the ball (too little too late) and the SAME play that UNH got called for a personal foul, hit high on a receiver was just done to UNH with no call....

side note... Toman is frickin awful. Decker should be in this game

Re: UNH Football 2010

epitomy of the game... UNH gets down near the 20, 4th and short, and get a false start... then toman throws a pick to pretty much ice it...

Totally unprofessional broadcasting duo. You want to say it's not a penalty? Fine by me. But you're obligated as a professional announcer to point out the call isn't consistent with what was called an hour earlier.

As for UNH, it's more of the same. Penalties and mistakes when the pressure's on. I'm disappointed but not surprised. Oh well, at least the hockey team won.

Great comeback win for hockey. Not really shocked with the result, Delaware is a better team, just like William and Mary, but both games were frustrating to watch. I really think Decker would have given them a better chance to win

They said they'd only play Toman if he was 100%, but did he seem 100%? He looked off to me. So why not give the other guy a shot? I don't get it.

Re: UNH Football 2010

As great a recruiter as McDonnell is, I'm pretty convinced this team will never take that next step with him as coach. The guy's play calling is suspect at best and downright pathetic at worst, which is unfortunately most of the time.

I thought the major problem with UNH (offensively), they had no running game.
