We need talent but what good does that do when....(fill in the latest UNH excuse).
I took a stab at you line up since I’m not sure Watcher is interested that much. He used to do a great job at projecting lines. Sad that the program has turned passionate fans into disgruntled ones. I know though, felt that way when we had Gendron.

Looks like Conmy leaving wasn’t planned. So UNH would be adding a highly skilled RW to replace him.
I expect Oliver to move up your depth chart at a fair pace as the year progresses. He will likely need to work on being more physical winning puck battles, finishing checks, and back checking. Newcombe may take more time to move up. Oliver is more of a player that can make space with his agility, stick handling, and creativity. Newcombe is a larger forward that will find himself adjusting to lack of time and space, like most larger bodied go to the net types do.
