UND @ UAA, Oct 23-24

Re: UND @ UAA, Oct 23-24

you are so right......
Most Dak Rats are experienced in bus travel but have never ridden on airplanes before. Now with baggage limitations the majority couldn’t bring their teddy bears due to their backs packs are bursting at the seams with extra flannel footie pajamas’ mom packed. Also with staying on an upper floor of the hotel in an active earthquake zone compounded with the time change, bedtime will be disrupted.

So, UAA will win because UND has to leave their teddy bears and footie pajamas at home, and because bedtime will be disrupted by staying on the upper floor of a hotel.

OK, I'm convinced. Seawolves 3-0, 3-1.

PS Can't they just buy footie pajamas in Anchorage and stay on a lower floor?

PPS Time zone is not a problem going west; college kids don't get to sleep before 3am on weekends anyway.

Nah... they can just stay at Trupper's house.

Re: UND @ UAA, Oct 23-24

The Sully was pretty darn full at the last home game. It always looks empty on TV because you only see the lowest yellow seats, and many people sit higher than the glass and aren't very visible. That said, attendance has been a concern for sure. Winning games tends to turn that around.

Wolves will be 2 wins short of a sweep.

It's because they don't want to be too close when they let on the ice Wolvie III, a third generation live Seawolve.....errr....Seawolf....ummm..........

Nevermind.

Sue goes home crying "boo hoo wah" . UND fans complain about no flow and goonies and refs and takes up the new motto " boo hoo wah" cheer . dirty goes on a drinking binge. And alls well in the world.

Looks like they are going to webcast this game... not sure if it's free.

Dirty, that means you're out too. ;) :)

Re: UND @ UAA, Oct 23-24

I'll actually get to see a full Sioux game on TV...assuming I can stay awake for it.

Sioux Sweep

Oh, P.S...the Minnesota Daily, UMN's paper, said that UMN came away with a split against the Sioux. The writer is an idiot, so is the paper. I was on campus this morning and grabbed one this morning, I was almost out of toilet paper.

The article also says that Lucia said there was a strong chance of a repeat of the netminders split against DU.

according to one blogger, he's "insignificant" for UND.

I am not sure what he is smoking? They should put his words up in the Fighting Sioux lockerroom this weekend and then watch Trupp dance around the UAA defense like they were a bunch of pylons.

Trupp Schmupp. He'll get the "traitor" greeting.
