UND at UW: Let's get hostile, let's get abusive

Re: UND at UW: Let's get hostile, let's get abusive

Is Wisconsin even a state?

40 years your senior ND! 10 more than Minnescrota too! Funny, I didn't realize that the Minnesota Territory spawned North and South Dakota, but I guess that makes sense...

I love Google too:
"Since 1923, North Dakota has experienced a virtually constant decline in population, particularly among younger people with university degrees. One of the major causes of emigration in North Dakota looms from a lack of skilled jobs for graduates. Some propose the expansion of economic development programs to create skilled and high-tech jobs, but the effectiveness of such programs has been open to debate."

So not only do you fail to understand the basics of the Internet, but you also have no idea of U.S. History/Geography.

Eat it -

"Most of Dakota Territory was formerly part of the Minnesota and Nebraska territories. When Minnesota became a state in 1858, the leftover area between the Missouri River and Minnesota's western boundary fell unorganized."

So not only were you spawned from Minnie-scrotums, but you've got some Corn-husks as well.

No wonder you dye it green...

Yeah, MN ****ed Wisconsin.

Well done! :D

Although it seems that after dna testing, it was Nebraska.

But aren't you a Tech fan? You've been to the U.P. right?

And yes, North Dakota needs all the help they can get to draw people in. Something besides "we're on the way to Montana!"

I can't believe how many people I've met in the last year or so who moved to WI from ND. When I ask them why they moved, it's always some form of, "because there are no jobs and nothing to do in North Dakota."

Re: UND at UW: Let's get hostile, let's get abusive

Some good natured ripping going on in here! Noice!

I really do have a great deal of respect for UND and their hockey program. However, if given a choice between living in North Dakota and just about everywhere else...everywhere else wins just about every time.

Slap Shot and Brenthoven...what the hell are you clowns doing in here? You should be licking your wounds. :)

Who posted Kessel? That bozo could have enjoyed a national title, played in his home state, and actually developed into a decent hockey player. :)

Regardless, I really like the way Wisconsin is playing, particularly the frosh. Mersch, Simonelli, Barnes, Zengerle (is there a better freshman F in the country?), and Faust were fantastic this last weekend. I also liked our sophmores' play as Schultz (All-American material), Smith, and Lee were solid. Also, is there a better skater in the WCHA than Jake Gardiner? These guys will be tested this weeked, to be sure.

Lace 'em up boys. Let's dance.

Wisconsin Hockey: North Dakota < Everywhere Else.

I try not to identify myself as a tech fan, but yes, I did graduate from Tech. :p
I grew up in MN, and then moved back after school. The Yoop is a case that is special in its own way, as in Special Olympics.

Eat what? That you've learned a small bit of 19th Century U.S. History and want to share it with the world? Good for you.

But hey, I'm happy for you that you're learning about statehood in 9th grade. Maybe you could give us a sneak peak of the presentation you'll be doing in December? Will you have a diorama and PowerPoint Presentation?

The two horse race between Zengerle and Jaden Schwartz for WCHA ROY is going to be very fun to watch.

The Yoop is beautiful, as long as you are outside of town and away from the locals. :D

Yeah that covers your previous post about right. Is the lack of fresh oxygen from all your "trees" affecting your ability to remember what you post? I'd take a nap and hang on to those last 5 brain cells you have left.

For the rest of you O2 starved Minnebraskans:

For those of you who remember it (I can't seem to find any articles about it), I have it on good authority that the man who punched out the St. Cloud State Huskies mascot will be in attendance this weekend. Just a fair warning.

Most of the migration can be attributed to the high number of bowling alley closings in recent years. Where else are those people gonna go?

ND has a $1.2 billion surplus, no deficit, low crime, and affordable housing.

WI has a $2.5 billion deficit, tMilwaukee Bucks, twice ND's crime rate, and affordable housing.

Young Dagootans leave the state to help social and economical sh^tholes like WI.:)

When you only have 100 people living in your state that's pretty easy to accomplish.

When it gets reported that Sven went over to Ole's house earlier this year during the Norsk Høstfest to steal his beer and jig poles , then your crime rate will be up 400%.

Hey, genius, crime rate is a number divided by the population of the area that is being measured.

I know the word "rate" is really confusing for dumb people.
