Follow up article on Mike Conderman signing his National Letter of Intent.Recruit Mike Conderman was expected to sign a National Letter of Intent last night in Muskegon. The early signing period runs from November 10, 2010 to November 17, 2010.
I committed in the spring, said Lumberjack forward Mike Conderman, who had several college recruiting him, but felt most comfortable with the campus, the facilities and the coaching staff at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
In his first 8 games, Conderman had 2 points (1-1-2. In the last 5, he has a 1-6-7.Mike Conderman had a goal and an assist in Muskegon's overtime win over Omaha this morning. The early start was due to hockey education day for the local schools in Muskegon.
Mike Conderman had a 1-1-2 in two Muskegon games this past weekend. In their 4-3 W on Friday night, he had a goal and was named the first star.

On the radio show tonight Blaise mentioned they have 4 forwards and 2 defensemen coming in next season. He talked briefly about Scott Wilson, who signed his National Letter of Intent. According to Blaise, Kitchener (OHL), the same team that signed Melchiori, is really after him. Blaise sounded confident when he said; Scott and his parents are committed to UML.
You can't have an official visit (paid for by the University) till the players are into their senior year of high school (or equivalent level).Six players coming in next year is good. Hopefully they get one or two more and nobody decides to play in Canada the week before classes start. The thing that concerns me is that if you look on Heisenberg's list, other Hockey East teams are well along in their 2012 recruiting and beyond. If Wilson comes in next year, that means UML's only recruit for 2012 is Eiserman the goalie. I'm not sure how many visits they're sponsoring and how much they're running around the recruiting trail, but hopefully they can get 5 or 6 2012s before all the top ones have committed.

I have no idea if UML was even involved, but my dreams have been dashed ... Evan Rodrigues to BU.
Thanks for using that as your first post. It's not pining over guys that we can't get if we don't even know if they were interested. If you knew the reason I wanted him to come to Lowell (and it's beyond the hockey aspect) you'd understand.stop pining over the recruits you didn't/can't get and work on those that are interested in UML. Remember it is not always the best players but the right players that can get the job done.
In some good UML news, Terrence Wallin had a hat trick and two assists in Gunnery's win. He has 4 goals and 4 assists in Gunnery's 4 games so far.
