UML Offseason 2015: It's not rebuilding anymore

Re: UML Offseason 2015: It's not rebuilding anymore

I'm imagining him asking the policeman to turn on the lights and siren (like a four year old child). Then throws a tantrum (like a four year old) when the officer won't do it for him.

In all fairness to him age four is when we start noticing higher cognitive ability. So I've always assumed anyone who chooses to attend UMass Amherst has roughly the cognitive abilities of a small child. I find my assumption is rarely incorrect.

I imagine a collie or two can herd them into place

If anyone has an extra ticket for the game on Sunday, please let me know!

Who is in for Sunday? Did anyone signup for the Aramark tasting thing in the Pavilion before the game?

I'll be there and I'm really looking forward to opening night next Friday.

I never even heard about that

A bunch of us signed up for First Taste. Looking forward to it.

It was an e-mail from Christine Maurais on 9/25. If you're a STH and not getting e-mails from her, let her know you want to be on the list.

I got the email, but forgot about it. Guess it'll just be Beerworks for me!

On a slightly different note, just because I have to vent ...

Whoever wrote the story on the goriverhawks site for the Lowell soccer loss to BU... please, please, please read *** you wrote and then correct it before posting.

A second half goal was the different as the UMass Lowell men's soccer team (5-4) dropped a hard-fought 1-0 decision to the Boston University Terriers (5-2-1)
The different?
Boston University took its only lead
Only lead? That would imply something other than what you meant, I believe.
After going down 1-0, UMass Lowell kept the pressure on, forcing Terriers' keeper Matt Gilbert to make key saves down the stretch
As you already noted before, the only goal scored was in the second half. Then you look at the stats, and see Gilbert made one save in the second half. So ... which key "saves" did he make? C'mon man!
