Re: UML 2013/2014 Season, II ... May I have another?

I think most of us realize how fortunate we've been to see this last three year stretch for Lowell hockey. I started looking back at each four year stretch since we moved to DI, and the best record over any four year stretch was from the 1992/1993 season to the 1995/1996 season. Lowell went 88-56-15 in that stretch (with 2 NCAA tournament appearances).

With Lowell hoping to make the NCAAs for the third straight year (which would be the first time ever), this year's junior class has a chance to break those records. Through three years (with games still left), this class has helped Lowell to a 73-33-7 record.

Who would have thought, after that 5 win season...?

So true! Feeling very lucky.

Can I be you :p
Looked good tonight... Another fight tomorrow

Overall I do not think the team looked good tonight. For some spurts they did here and there. UVM played much better throughout the game; for the most part they seemed like they wanted it more. But somehow our boys were able to get the puck in the net at opportune times. Not a pretty win, but style points do not matter.
