Re: UML 2011/2012 Season Thread

Oh boy! I get the last word!!! :p :D ;)

I have to give both teams a lot of credit last night. Lowell was great during the first and third. Amherst for laying it on the line and making their last stand in the second. Last night was a perfect example of how to take control of a game, give it back, only to find the fortitude to not only regain the lead and the end of a dominating period by the bad guys. Good teams did what happened in the third, put the game away on the PP. For some reason, this same Lowell team from last year doesn't fold often to adversity during the ebb and flows of game.

I asked for 5250 and got 5162....well, since we are a state school, that's close enough for gov't work. Would love to see 6000 for the Vermont TV game on Saturday.

Stat of the week...if Merrimack beats BU plus takes three or less from PC/UMass and we sweep Vermont, guess who's in first place after the first weekend in February boys and girls

Forgot Merrimack has three games this week.
