I guess he saw that Welsch was going to be the #1 next season. This really makes it a requirement that Lowell get a goaltender in the portal now. I've updated the 2024/2025 roster on the recruit thread.Goaltender Luke Pavicich enters the portal.
Watching the games today, and then thinking back on this season, one other thing this team needs is speed. We're a very slow team.
Merr plucks 3 solid forwards please we need forward help speed /scoring norm put it in overdrive concerned.
Looks like Owen Fowler will remain in Hockey East, heading to Maine, per Mike McMahon
He had really wanted to play here and was a local kid. I hope we find out the real story at some point.3 years of eligibility left too. I thought the Hawks really missed him this past season. Oh well, the best of luck to him in Orono.

Sounds like you have a high opinion of him. As a Maine fan I hope he leaves off ice issues behind if there were some. He seems to be a strong player despite his height, can stick handle and generate offense. Any comments on if this is accurate or if my analysis is wrong? I didn’t find a lot of highlights for him.
There are four Maine forwards that are in the portal.Take it for what it’s worth… Maine forward in the mix to Lowell. Don’t have a name, just know there is interest on both sides.
