Thanks Scott. Smaller number than normal (if that's the final list).

It's not final yet. There's still about 10 teams that haven't posted rosters for their development camps yet, and at least 1 or 2 more Lowell players should be on those lists.

Still waiting for 9 teams to release camp rosters.

Re: UMass Lowell 2018: Champions of the Offseason

Buffalo is the new Pittsburgh. Two seasons ago, the Pens had 3 former RiverHawks on their roster (Hainsey, Wilson, Ruhwedel), now Buffalo has 2, possibly 3. Scott Wilson signed a 2-year extension with them today, Carter Hutton signed a 3-year deal with them today, and C.J. Smith was extended a qualifying offer, meaning that he'll be back with the club next season, hopefully in the NHL, not the AHL.

I'm still convinced Kenny Hausinger was injured for a majority of the year, looked like he a bad ankle sprain/foot injury. Always looked like he could only push off on his right foot

I really don't know what we have in next year's recruits at this point. Mostly '97s, mostly not from the USHL, and those that have put up serious points aren't doing it in the top Tier of Junior hockey.

Plenty of d on the way hope for the best need speed and a few snipers

Re: UMass Lowell 2018: Champions of the Offseason

I really hope the 13th kid is Andrick Armstrong watching his tape and comments made by Tim Whitehead make me believe he can be impact player on Day 1. Hockey players generally don't have that type of pure strength. It's going to be fun to watch him play in the corners.

Congrats to Hellebuyck ... easily the biggest contract any Lowell athlete has ever gotten.
@NHLJets
#NHLJets have agreed to terms with goaltender Connor Hellebuyck on a six-year, $37M contract ($6.167M AAV).
