Re: UMass Lowell '12/'13 Season Thread III

The thing I find really funny is everytime they show that video with Marty talking about how UMass Lowell influenced him and that sociology course he took was that he never went to UMass Lowell, he went to the University of Lowell like many of us. But so much for revisionist history as witnessed by his bio on the school website - "Meehan graduated cum laude from UMass Lowell in 1978..." The only problem is UMass Lowell didn't even exist until 1991. Don't know about his diploma but mine says University of Lowell, 1986.

Yes, the key in this was the "UMass" meaning "Amherst" and not Lowell which isn't UMass. It just feels so dirty like I need a shower everytime I even hear Lowell associated with UMass.

Its like being known as the younger sibling of that promiscuous girl and getting a rep because of them.

To be fair, the rep is a bit better than having the clap like our dirty sister (stupid ***** I'm stealing her clothes )

I believe for a fee they will reprint it as umass Lowell. I know Fitchburg state reprints old college diplomas as university for $50

I still twitch at the idea of "Fitchburg State University" what a farce.

Re: UMass Lowell '12/'13 Season Thread III

Can I get it reprinted without the UMass? :D

My '08 diploma says "University of Massachusetts" with "Lowell" written somewhere in smaller print below. I typed "Lowell" in a nice scripted font and taped it over the "Massachusetts."
