UMaine 25-26: Marques My Word: Back to the Big Time

Nine figures in donations and they can't hire an adult to hold a camera. I've seen middle school soccer moms freehand an iPhone better.
Does the pay come from UMaine or ESPN?

I did better, and I was balancing a camera the size of a VW bug on my shoulder.

Camera work is probably related to them selling alcohol now.

Maine had a great five minute or so stretch but overall kind of an underwhelming period.

First impressions:
-Josh looked like a FORCE; desperately hoping that hit didn't shake his confidence because he has all the tools
-Didn't know what to expect but most impressed w Max Scott. Looks (unsurprisingly) like a solid, reliable, playmaker team-MVP type
-Albin looks fine; not sharp or dialed really
-Love watching Poirier's release
-I like Usereau
-I like Oskar (and his weight/hustle/hands/grit)
-Embellishment penalty was insanely ridiculous call
-Marques seems to have good hockey sense- lots of right place at the right time, but Im not seeing magic
-Frank had so much time and space on PP and he should have shot and scored; Chab and Holt look better overall
-Disappointed by what Fowler/Russell/Scholle look like (not sure I even saw Scholle)
-Sloppyish but team looks hungry, aggressive, and well-conditioned
-Good defense, taking up space, good positioning when settled, good shot blocking
-Poirier and Marques are not Nadeau and Nyquist tier players (not sure if they were expected to be? I def had high hopes but the CHL/NCAA translation/expectations yet to be understood; also it looks a lot of Penn State and BU's new studs aren't magic either). Ntl Dev Team >>> CHL

AND biggest impression - Clarkson 2, Penn State 0 after one??? What's up
