Maine? Meh, look around the league. It sucks this year. BC really sucks without a goalie, UHN is in the dump. BU is average, I mean really after losing 2 good playerz, they arent all that good. MC is tuff though not like last year, I think the book is still out on UML. NU is about in the middle as expected and PC is coming back to earth. Nothing in this league to write home about...theres no NC here for sure, and I think itall is making da Bearz look better than their record indicates. I suspect 5th or 6th is the best they can hope for especially since they havent hit their annual slump yet. But it will come.

agreed, it's not as good as last year, but wasn't the annual slump the start of the season winning 3 outta first 11 or 12 I think?

Good Summary on Hockey East as a hold...with this streak Maine could very well get Home Ice in the QF's...but there are still games to be made up by teams under Maine at the present time...as far as UML,I think this has to be the feel good story for them and the League...and I believe they could be the surprise team in the Hockey East Playoffs...goes to prove...Coaching/Goaltending and a change in Attitude has been the recipe for UML. At the start of the season I figured Maine to be a 5th place team in Hockey East...and that well could be where they end by seasons end...but 4th place can be had. Big points tonight would go a long ways in helping that cause.

Nah, that wud be the beginning of the year slump,....not to be confused with the annual mid season or pre-tourney slump

Turn the team over to ANYBODY... the winning streak of late has to do with the players attitude INSPITE of their coach. Noone respects him including officials and his peers....we the Maine fans deserve a true leader... enough of this guy

Thought the first line had some great shifts early and then as the period went on looked really tired. Maines D looks way more confident with the puck tonight

Millan is keeping BU in this game for sure. Maine MUST keep up the intensity.
 
It's a sweep!! Great game by the team, even better game by Sully. Nice to sweep Boston's back to back!!!! Hope Joe will be good to go next week, he left the game at 2 different times.

Think about this rise........not even on the radar 1 month ago........now up to a #2 seed in the NCAA Tourney. Unbelievable.
