what jurisdiction do Alabama cops have in Maine. ??? If you have to have cops around you in Orono for a football game maybe the game shouldnt be played

Depends on who wins between Weber State and Southeast Missouri State. If Weber wins, Maine goes on the road. If SEMO wins, they journey up to Orono.
