Biddco earlier admitted that the rivalry between SCSU and UMD is now so comparable to the MN and UMD rivalry that he can't root for either team in this series. So at least ONE feels its a good rivalry.

We're 0-4 against them in the last two years... yet 1-0 in the NCAAs all-time. Isn't that what you guys have been telling us are the only games that matter?

I knew that would be the response before I even hit post. Regardless that was in 2006 as compared to a month ago. Yup, it was one bad NCAA tournament loss which coincidentally is the same number of NCAA tournament wins that the puppies have.

If the Gophers can get up for these two games the way they have for other BIG games this season (ND, BC and 3 from UND) I don't see them leaving the NHC with less than 3 points. Time for St. Cloud fans to be brought back to reality. There's a reason why they aren't ranked ahead of UND in the polls.

I predict that SCSU will have the best season that they've EVER had and will make it two wins in the NCAA tourney before being blasted out.

There will be a celebration in the NHC like no one has ever seen there. A banner raising ceremony will take place and the mayor will come to speak. Fans will talk about that "special year" when they're 80.

Two wins this year or two wins in total now?
If it is two wins this year, uh yeah, we would hang a banner for a Frozen Four.
If it's in total, then wouldn't it have made sense if we'd hung a banner for our first NCAA win as well?
What's that? There isn't one up there for it?
Well then of course we must hang one for the second win!

Good prediction BTW...can't wait till you're wrong about an SCSU series for the 4th straight week.
