Re: UAH at Denver - Saturday 1/7/12

Wonder if there was an uptick in calls to Denver area suicide hotlines last night. Wouldn't surprise me.

Wow, a must win on January 7. Who woulda thought? But that is certainly the case tonight.

Re: UAH at Denver - Saturday 1/7/12

How are you doing? Did you witness the disaster last night?

I'm doing well my friend and I hope you are doing the same. I'm going on almost 1 full year without having to experience the "joy" of a gout attack. My doctor changed my life!

I was indeed there last night, but I must admit that I didn't think DU played as badly as most people have posted they did. DU was outstanding in the third, sans giving up the one goal (as sometimes happens when a team is pressing, which they were). If Huntsville was a .500 team, the result certainly wouldn't have been as shocking, but the record escalated expectations and may have influenced the players when they went up 2-0. Anyway, we HAVE to win tonight, or bye-bye season.

That is great to hear. Yep a must win tonight.

UAH on the PP and Knowlton almost gets a shorty.

I called the suicide hotline last night, and the gal offered to let me borrow her pistol. I tell ya, I don't get any respect.

Murray with a big save on a fast transition play by UAH. Just before DU had a real good scoring chance at the other end, the puck popped out and UAH came down on the odd-man rush.
