Two WCHA Turkeys: Michigan Tech at Mankato, November 27-28

Re: Two WCHA Turkeys: Michigan Tech at Mankato, November 27-28

You might be able to put in your own request with Jamie. 3 free tickets doesn't sound too excessive. Maybe just mention what you've done in the past for the program, the road trips, and the stuff with the Misfits and what not.

Think I could get away with it???

"Hi Jamie. You don't know me, and I'm actually a Sioux fan. However, I came to the Tech @ Duluth series and missed out on Sioux hockey. I am also missing out on some really great college hockey this weekend at the tourney in GF because I'd rather be at the Tech games in Mankato. I have been called an honorary misfit, and I love being associated with them and with Tech hockey. Can I have some comp tickets to the games this weekend please? I will cheer extra loud and even try to wear some Tech attire! Love, Leah."

That should work right? :p

Yep, definitely.

Or maybe ctf should get us some tickets, since she claims to have the family connection.;)

I didn't see "comp tickets" until about the 5th sentence, I was beginning to wonder if this was for tickets or was a love letter.

I wanted it to be a love letter to him, but I figured I had to ask about the comp tickets too since that's our goal ya know :p

Well, who wouldn't want to write Jamie a love letter! I wrote one last night!

Yeah, I've heard her mention that too...

She's from the UP, therefore she's related to everyone in the UP

I do believe you're thinking of the wrong person. However, I've got connections to a connection. ;)

Um, point of order, or parliamentary procedure, or something like that:

YOU'RE DATING A FOOPER RIGHT NOW!!!!

Yeah, I said it.
W.T.F!!!!
AM NOT!!!
He's so from Wisconsin.
Wait... I don't even know if that's any better.

It's worse, but I pose these questions:

1. Where does he go to school/where has he gone to school for the past couple years?

2. Where has he lived the past couple years?

3. In that time, whose habits has he taken on in those years?

UP. UP. UP.

He's a Fooper.

BOX!!!

Okay, so you have a good point. The first time I ever actually talked to PB, I realized he even speaks like a Yooper. He says Houghton just like I do, and I don't know if you've ever heard the Yooper version of Houghton, but... you will soon. But my definition of a Fooper is someone who's lived here from birth.
