I don't remember if he is supposed to be dead but IMDB lists Simon Escher in the next episode.

Dumb question. For my last purchase from Amazon, I got Prime for free, which meant seeing the first 3 seasons of Justified (Amazon exclusive) for free. However, S4 was aired just this year, and I am ABLE to catch up and watch S5 live this next winter/spring.

Is it worth the $2-3 per ep to catch up? Or is it like Californication where I can wait, no real harm done (spoilers, suspense on what's gonna happen, etc)?

Edit: I like the series a lot, but it's not as gripping as the shows I must watch as they air (Mad Men/BB/SOA).

Larry has been back so many times I am not sure that would be that big of a deal...especially since Fiona got cleared of those charges.

Now into season 3 of the Walking Dead after using Netflix for the first couple seasons. If I wasn't so big on post-apocalyptic stories I probably would've given up on this show somewhere midway through season 2 because this plot is just so slow. But it finally looks like it's starting to pick up through the first few episodes in season 3.

Some of the acting is just atrocious. One of the only shows that I hope almost everyone dies in because I can't stand most of them. Definitely doesn't have the "obsessive look up every theory possible after each episode" hold on me that Breaking Bad does.

While true, Larry hasn't supposed to have been dead since he first appeared, and we do know he faked his own death before...

I don't know if anyone else is watching Ice Road Truckers, but watching Art sit there with his thumb up his butt for a day about drove me up a wall.

I gave up after the first IRT season in India. After they went back to the ice roads, I knew I'd be bored with it.

I like Justified a lot, but I'm not sure I would spend the extra cash to catch up ASAP, there's plenty of good stuff on TV to watch until you can watch it for free.

Talked with some people this weekend, and they say, if you want to pony up the cash, S4 is worth it. I CAN justify the cost b/c I saw the previous three seasons for free on catchup (again, Amazon exclusive, catchup, and I caught up on a trial Prime membership). The avg/episode cost makes the decision fairly easy due to that. I'll wait until SOA is over this season though, then marathon. :)

Well, yeah, if you WANT to pony up the cash it's worth it, I just don't see why it's worth the money just to see it sooner rather than see it free later.

The main reason would be to be able to be current when this next season starts up (IIRC, it airs early next year). There's a dead spot for the shows I am actually interested in: after SOA ends, and Mad Men begins, and I think Justified is in between.

Rich and Josh fighting for the bottom this week? No surprise. And no surprise in the elimination choice, either. Past history of this season determined that. If Rich hadn't been up for worst tatt before (and if Josh hadn't won one), I think the outcome would be different.

Related note: got an idea for some ink in the future, although unrelated to this week's topics. Kinda excited, as the ink is simple, and my guy is inexpensive (especially for the talent he has).
