The quality of the show is not too bad. It's just getting really annoying not to be talking about the mother yet. Geeze, they could easily keep the show going after they introduce her and actually confirm who she is. Similar situation with the Mentalist. Identify Red John and get on with it. Even Dexter caught the killer he was chasing every year or two.

The Americans season finale.

Awesome. So much happened, but in the big picture, so little happened. Love it.

Am REALLY loving Paige's role. Somewhat subtle, but sooooo important. I really hope she plays a key role in something big next season.

I don't think she figures it out. She'll suspect things, even with Phillip back in the house, but she won't be able to come up with anything concrete. I'm curious to see the turning of Beeman by Nadia. Will it happen? Will Nadia become a triple agent instead? Is that really a thing?

I'm sure it is a thing, although prob rare. I think the Paige thing will last through one more season, then I think she'll either be somewhat "recruited" or will become a "risk" therefore creating a nice dilemma on how to take care of the problem (cough cough).

I'm going to repeat my call of the old lady agent as CIA. She was about to lose her job, so she offs a CIA agent and helps Elizabeth/Phillip above and beyond? She wants that particular position....hmmm.....

I don't think she is. She killed the CIA guy because he green lit the op to kill Zhukov who she identified as a friend.

Paige I think is going to get more and more curious and possibly find a few more things, but she's still only, what, 13/14? She won't be able to connect the dots, or even know what exactly she found.

The danger is that she takes whatever she finds and tells Craig Patrick's kid rather than confronting her parents.

I almost guarantee that's what she'll do. The question then becomes, does he take it to Craig Patrick....or Herb? :p

Also like how Henry is likely going to grow up to be one of us with the "I'm not going anywhere, the Stanley Cup Finals are on" :D

Yeah. Um....huh....wow. They honestly could have spread the two major developments across two eps, but decided to make one explosive one. The fallout should be VERY interesting.....

I do have to side with Don on the Jaguar deal, though he should have talked with them about it. But the way they got the account in the first place it was destined to fail. I'm not sure how I feel about the public offering fallout yet. Have to think about that more.

Since you mentioned one, I'll mention the other: the merger changes the IPO overall. I would think for the better, but you never know....

Agree about Jaguar. We were watching his "empire" crumble with Joan and Pete going ballistic.

And tact? Look at Roger's actions and how he handled things, and Pete's actions and how he handled things. There's the difference between tact and d-baggery.

I hate Pete so much. Watching him fall down the stairs was great. I want to see someone punch him in the face again.
