I'm pretty sure it's "Troy and Abed in the morning" and not the other way around.

It's ironic because I realized I had it the wrong way as soon as I posted it but was too lazy to change it.

and I definitely don't hate Community. I was one of the first people on this board talking about it and pleading for people to watch it during the first season. This season has indeed been a let down IMHO but it's still watchable most weeks. I wouldn't be surprised though if this or the next one was the last season unless they find a dynamic that works again because this season has had none at all. It's been all over the place.

I was looking up something this morning and ran across some gab website that suggested two FOX shows, Human Target and Lie to Me, are both going to be cancelled. I would hate this. Does anybody watch these shows besides me?

I watched Lie to Me for a while but ended up giving it up this season, and haven't really missed it. It wasn't bad. Tim Roth is awesome and criminally underrated in that role. But it was kind of tough to want to stick with it because that's a 2-hour commitment between that and House on Monday night--and House started to become downright tedious. Lie to Me had some awesome individual episodes, but I never felt the over-arcing storylines were good enough to keep an audience hooked.

In fairness, the thing where Alison Janney used the kid as a human shield was a funny moment.

Anyone still watch Friday Night Lights?

The series finale was just last night. Wrapped it up about how I figured it would. It ended how everyone most likely thought would have happened. Good ending, although I wish they would have actually showed the championship game in the same game-speed they did the whole series rather than slowing it down in slow motion to show everyone's faces and emotions.

That's really the only negative I had from the finale.

Seriously one of the best written shows on TV that could just never get a large enough following.

Yes. My wife continues to watch it and I do fly-bys to mock how bad it has become, but last night was actually terrific. (The less Jim and Pam the better.)

It was out on DirecTV. Not sure when NBC plans to air it. I heard that the DVDs for this season will be out before it airs on NBC.

Anyone know the status of The Event? I see it's now been pushed back to March, airing 2 episodes on the same night. That's usually the fate of a canceled show, but I can't find anything definitive.

I stopped watching 10 or 15 in so I missed that. I couldn't hold on that long. :D
