Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

I would've been happier with real Annie in a ballerina costume.

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

OK, a DVD of Lost representing a lack of payoff was pretty hilarious though.

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

Throwing this out there, and mind you, it's my opinion - Year Without A Santa Claus=best Christmas special ever.

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

Grinch. The original.

Charlie Brown Christmas. (Title removed to save OP embarassment). Those old crappy stop motion chirstmas specials. Any of the futurama Christmas specials.

There's at least four there alone. Love those four.

The stop animation is creepy. Blech.

And for modern specials, nothing is better than South Park's Critter Christmas, followed by Mr Hankey's Christmas Special (the one that's all songs)

I just watched Jimmy Fallon sing a duet with Paul McCartney. They were singing "Scrambled Eggs," the song that eventually had the words swapped out to become "Yesterday."

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

Anyone watch SNL last night? It was great. The best they've had in a long, long time. Kristen Wiig was toned down, less Sudekis, more Hader, Samberg, and Kenan Thompson. Paul Rudd was a great host, and Paul McCartney is well, a legend.

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

Watched Psych last night. It was good, except I couldn't stand watching Ralph Macchio.

"You might want to re-phrase that, sir".

Re: TV 5: Cliffhangers and Intros!

Ok, this week absolutely cements it. American Dad is so much funnier than Family Guy. I was laughing the entire episode. Family Guy had one good one-liner.

Agree. The only time I lauged was Stewies "We arent Santa anymore this is just a home invasion" line.

Same here. Exact same line. American Dad was brilliant. "Is it weird that I have a boner?" "It would be weird if you didn't!"
