As we close in on the end of The Pacific, I feel that I really enjoyed it even though it was significantly more fractured than BoB.

I have loved it, I liked that they took a few different stories and shown the battles and war from that perspective. It is disjointed but also makes it so not every episode is the same.

Hold on, hold on, hold on... I need to call BS on Monday's HIMYM. Even if Ted decided to leave the snooty party to go see Robots vs. Wrestlers (which is totally understandable, because, I mean, COME ON), there's no WAY he does it without getting a number from that Marissa chick first. Cute redhead who talked about architecture with him? Come ON.

Well they often go back and tell aspects of earlier shows later on, it wouldn't surprise me if they do that with her.

So I was talking to my father about The Pacific and apparently my grandfather was part of the First Marines which is of course the unit that is shown in the series. Apparently he was part of the big raid on the airfield shown in the earlier episode and was at the battle where John Basillone died...that is pretty ****ed cool :)

Okay show. Certainly much more potential than the episodes they've done this year.

...But I still enjoy it. Tonight's episode was solid. I really like Janis's character. Mark's just an ***.

Not the greatest Community episode tonight...but after last week's it was tough to compare with.

Still some funny parts especially when the entire class got ****ed off at the sub and started talking in spanish.
