Tonight's episode of Family Guy is absolutely terrible, and I'm only 15 minutes in. Like, I wish it were a live show so I could boo and they would hear it.

Seriously. I was on the absolute edge of my seat at the end there.

And rewatching the opening scene, it finally clicked who those kids were. Not sure why I didn't catch that on first pass.

Watching Jesse lose it again...

Sort of funny how its as if he's blaming Walter for all the bad stuff that's happened. Imagine the irony if Walter responded by asking if Jane's death was his fault...

Tonight was one of the worst episodes I've ever seen of that show. From the political needling, to the less intelligent angling, to just... F-ck, everything else they've done the last two or three seasons, it's just tired now. The Star Wars parodies are the last things they've done that I've really enjoyed.

Agreed - I think this is the episode that will cause me not to watch on Sunday nights anymore.

I'm still only half way through season 2, so it looks like I'll be waiting for the season 3 DVD's to come out to catch this season. Hopefully I get done with season 3 before season 4 comes on TV, so I can just watch it.

Last week I fiinished watching Deadwood on dvd. It's a really good series, but I'm not a fan of the way they ended the series. It felt more like a season ending story and they just didn't get the greenlight for season 4. And I can't believe that's the way things happened for such a good show.

That's it though.

There was talk of doing a couple two hour movies to wrap things up, but I guess thay could never get all the cast on board at the same time, plus David Milch was already committed to getting John From Cincinnatti on HBO, so they just let it all drop.

I'm so proud of my future step-daughter. We watched the new Doctor Who episode "Victory of the Daleks" and she was saying "Ex-Term-in-ate" by the end of the episode. I told her not to say it at school, and she's been good. My fiance isn't happy that I taught her to run around like a little Dalek.

Yeah, I didn't state that very well. I meant to say that they couldn't have planned for Deadwood to end like it did. While I'm not someone who needs everything wrapped up, but they didn't wrap up a * thing except for Major Dad leaving town.
