That said FX and movie theaters can die in a fire for spamming previews for it so much.
I caught the first episode last night, it was pretty good.

I too watched Justified and enjoyed it. I do plan on continuing with it. Olyphant plays that type of character perfectly.

Anybody else pick up with FlashForward again? It was really good, especially considering it was a two-hour show tonight, but I have a feeling nobody watched because everybody forgot about it while it was gone for a couple months.

Me too. I did watch the one hour recap on Tuesday, which helped, as I forgot so much of it.

I DVR'ed that as well (glad I caught it). It'll be a nice 2-2.5 hr marathon sans commercials.

I did, but thought it was really bad. In a 2 hour episode is it too much to ask for anything to happen. I could have missed that one and not missed a beat on the plot.

I finally got around to watching the one with Jude Law and Pearl Jam. For once it was funny more often than not, and PJ on the wing of the plane in the Twilight Zone spoof (which can never top Shatner!
) was a bust a gut moment.

Usually when they keep bringing back skits they're ones that were at least good to start with, but the password game and court stenographer ones were total **** from the get go.
What else exactly was more funny than not for that episode?

I have to agree, I thought the Jude Law episode was pretty unimpressive except for the Twilight Zone spoof (including Pearl Jam's performance), and even that one got ruined when they let Bobby Moynihan talk at the end. The Digital Short was based on one of the worst songs on the Incredibad album, the Spain sketch was one joke over and over, the court stenographer was funny the first time but should not have been repeated, and the weird talk show with the Indian kid was just... weird. OTOH, I thought the Hamlet audition was funny, as was the commercial for the security company. And Kickspit Underground Rock Festival is good ("EVERYONE GETS PITCHFORKS!"), but it was a repeat.
