Re: TV 10: Blacklisted Sons: The Musical

A good True Detective summary, leading into the final episode. Some theories, and some predictions for the last episode. No spoilers for anyone that has seen the first 7 episodes, if you haven't seen all 7, then don't read: http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...e-know-up-to-episode-7-after-you-ve-gone.html

edit: I really think they're onto something with the theory that Marty's father in law is part of it. It ties back to his family, and his daughters somehow. There are too many hints that it does, and that Audrey is involved. Does Marty's (ex)wife know about it? If it is a family thing, and her family is involved, it is reasonable to think that she knows something.

I read another theory article, and someone found a screenshot where there is a child's drawing on the wall in Marty's house, of the spiral....

Finished season 2 of House of Cards. I didn't think it was as crazy as some people seem to. I mean, there were definitely a few interesting moments, but at no point did it approach going off of the rails, even if it is not perhaps 100% realistic.

Seriously? Not 100% realistic? That is what we in the business call an understatement :p

People need to stop the Arthur Chu hate already. He's playing the game exactly the right way. Sad to see that being smart and having clever common sense is "poor sportsmanship" these days.

I have no idea how they are going to wrap up True Detective in 2 more episodes, but I have a feeling that these next 2 episodes are going to be really **** intense.

And really, not a whole lot of stuff happened in this last episode, but it certainly fulfilled the intense quotient. Amazing just how well done this show is.

The writing is incredible but the direction/camera work is what sets it a part from anything else. The point of view -ed story arc is driven home through tight shots. Remarkable work.

Yep. I got no issues with it, just beat him at "his" game.

Hmm, the internet has an interesting theory about the end of the tonight's HIMYM.

I really hope they don't go that route, because I don't feel like it makes a lot of sense. Alas, it will probably happen, though I'm holding out hope Lily is the one that is dead.

Unless other stories are lies, we know that lily isn't because of seeing her and Marshall at future things like Marshall's election win, and opening that letter he wasn't suppose to open until she died...even though she was there to yell at him for doing it...

It's so nice to let scenes breathe and exist on their own and be carried by the weight of the actors instead of 50 jump cuts a minute for the duration of the show. Every McConaughey 5+ second drag on a cigarette makes me happier than it should.

Re: TV 10: Blacklisted Sons: The Musical

I dont buy the "Rumor" about the mom...the way the scene plays out there is no way it could work.

Re: TV 10: Blacklisted Sons: The Musical

Well, I wasn't surprised about the bomb they laid at the end of the Blacklist. I am enjoying the pace though. The show is quick and explosive.

Re: TV 10: Blacklisted Sons: The Musical

Brent, last week's Ink Master airs at 8:00 tonight. It looks like they're airing the past two weeks' episodes each week to lead into the new episode. Have they done that in years past?
