Herein lies the issue, unlike other state universities, tU of MN doesn't consider the Twin Cities campus the "main" campus and the others a "sattelite" campus. They are all equal campuses of the same University. Rumor has it tDuluth campus actually attempted to change their colors to a darker blue and silver back in the 80's, and they were shot down. Here endth the lesson.

Enough big sister/little brother talk, UMDsimmerdown still predicts three points for tBulldogs. Anything less than two will be a disappointment. tHuskies are coming back to earth, and tBulldogs have had a week of R&R to prepare.

tTiggsy realized his mistake but left it anyways. It only took about 11 hours for someone to call him on it. Fail as well since it's game day.

Still going with a split. Something has to give in this series.

Split. Tech wins Friday as Tech is undefeated this year at home on Fridays in games against a school from Minnesota following a road trip in which Tech had 2 losses. Likewise Tech is winless under identical circumstances on Saturdays.

tMel thanked Biddy TWICE for making the trip. tMel was nice but will be reminded of how good tUMD is. Biddy and co will out cheer Mitch's Victims. Go Bulldogs!

Amsoil is really happy about tUMD's 5-3 win tonight. Amsoil really likes his team. Amsoil was also very impressed by the very vocal Bulldog fans at the game in Houghton tonight. Bulldog fans could easily be heard numerous times on the radio broadcast. Biddco must have been leading the cheers. Good job Bulldog fans!

RWD enjoyed the cheering war of the Biddlyns.

RWD did not hear the "Mitch Sandusky" chant. Biddco had a great chance when Mitch welcomed the class of 3rd graders.

As for the game, 'twas close until the third. Hopefully, Tech learns from that effort and comes back hungrier for points tomorrow.

Tonight:)

Biddco had a great time at the game and happy that tUMD won. Doing "The Kyle Schmidt" after the intermission entertainment. Biddy is very happy that folks can hear tPB on the radio.

Tech fans are funny. "what's a Duluth?" might be the worst sign ever created.

Hougton is always a great time. Biddco is hoping for a sweep tonight. UMD was fortunate to score so many of their goals. Hopefully UMD knows they need to work hard to get two more points. With a W tonight UMD has a chance to become the number one team in the nation.

tMel seems to be working hard to change the culture. He makes points about no moral victories and being able to finish.

Undefeated ever? tctf must not have attended very many Huskies games. :p

BPH sticks by BPH's prediction a few pages ago. Scores won't be exactly right... whatever, as long as the result is the same.

UMD football loses in a squeeker to Wayne State today. The Monster thinks that the same fate will befall their hockey team as well tonight.
