Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

Let me guess, it involves lard.

And he doesn't even eat all of it.

remember when Gilbert Brown was on the Packers...and Burger Kings around Green Bay came out with the "Gilbert Burger"? Why has no one done that with Pat Williams?

Randy Moss is already saying he wouldn't feed it to his dog.

Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

Can this week be over with?

Power outage this morning. Then, our two best off-site guys (the regular guy and I) couldn't keep up with the volume coming in today. It was unreal. Argh.

Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

I'm no Pearl Jam fan, but so long as Cibo Mato or The Smiths exist, PJ is safe from that title.

Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

Pearl Jam is great.

And I'm tired of a certain co-worker beeching and whining to the bosses about me helping him out/informing him of changes in priorities in relation to our carriers (and in those cases, my bosses told me to tell this guy of those changes), and nitpicking at things I allegedly do/don't do. Thankfully, today the bosses basically said, STeffU and deal with it, because that's the way it is. One boss even confided that he thinks this other guy is threatened by me, because I'm better at his job than he is (which I kinda am). This is probably the second or third time this has happened, and each time the bosses had my back. Either way, eff it, I'm having a drink tonight.

And bring on the snow. It better not be a dusting. If it's gonna snow, then SNOW.

Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

It'll snow - probably comparable to the first snowstorm we got with ~1/2 foot falling across most of the metro. The difference this time is the ground and air temperature are both much colder, so we won't have the advantage of snow melting on contact. I imagine tomorrow night's rush hour is going to be a colossal cluster****.

I'm strongly considering leaving work at noon to avoid the colossal clutterbuck.

Re: TRP: Will Wh*re for Pancakes

OK, so my aunt and uncle sent me an Amazon gift card for my birthday, which is tomorrow. There's something I want to buy (Goldeneye for Wii, FWIW) that's on sale right now, but I'm not sure if it'll still be on sale tomorrow. Is it bad manners to use the gift card to buy it today, even though it's not my birthday yet?

No. How would they know?

Not at all.
