The only reason I cheer for the Twins is because my husband is a fan. I, on the other hand, am a Cubs fans. Twins are AL so it is okay.

I loved the Cubbies growing up, and the Twins were pretty cool, but now I'm all Twins, with Cubs as my second. Think: MN Gophers and Tech sorta thing.

Once the Brewers turned NL, I started to hate them. It also doesn't help that I have to pay for their spaceship of a stadium they play in.

Get over here and join us. I can always get tickets to Brewers games. Depending on the series, I can get them for free or little to no cost. I just have to talk to a few people and that should be no problem.

If it happens, I'll be with my good friend The Ohj (I'm the best man in his wedding), his fiancee's dad, and maybe another person or two. Haven't met her dad, but The Ohj is legendary.

And our buddy Temp, who is even more legendary is also in it. He's a living breathing train wreck of good times. You can't explain Temp, you just have to meet him. VERY small example:
(he's hitting on some girls, they're into it, etc)
Girl1: Wow, you have a hairy chest!
Girl2: That's pretty hot, I have to admit. I have a thing for hairy chests.
Temp (knowing what he's saying, just trying to give 'em a reaction): You think that's hairy, you should see my arse!

I went to a Brewers game once. I think they were 4 outs away from having a perfect game thrown at them, I was ****ed, I wanted to see a perfect game in person!

Oh, drunk at weddings. So much fun. I once ran into Jackpot Junction (friend's wedding reception) at full speed absolutely hammered. The guards yelled at me to stop so they could see my ID. I just yelled "NO TIME!" while flailing my arms in the air. No one went after me, they just let me go.
Same wedding, another friend of mine was even more blasmed. I asked him how things were going, he replied "I have managed to alienate every person here."
He wasn't kidding.
