Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

I have a few vicodin tablets that were prescribed to me about a year and a half ago. Anyone know if they'd still be good?

Odds are they won't be quite as potent, but they might make the pain a little less distracting.

Thus the whiskey!
What's funny is, the doctor actually said I'd be OK to self-medicate with some booze too (that's in combination with the amoxicillin and tylenol w/ codeine he gave me, not necessarily with the vicodin).

The doctor said you can mix booze and codeine? That doesn't seem right. :p

It's not. A college roommate did that once (although sorta by accident, he thought the dosage of the codiene had worn off).

In about an hour, he was seeing things that weren't there. Of course, when we found this out, we started hanging pictures upside down, moving furniture around when he went out for a cigarette, etc, just to mess with him. :D

My doctor told me the same thing after I had a little procedure. I misunderstood "some," which led to undesirable results.

my dentist told me to take a shot of Crown when I had a toothache. It didn't cure it, so I took another one. And then another...and after about 8 shots, I was in happyland. :)

Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

The verdict is in: The vicodin still works.

Oh boy. If I took 8 shots of anything, I'd probably die. I need to learn how to hold my alcohol
