Re: TRP: More metal than your mother

1. It's like adopting a lost puppy that no one wants.
2. It's a nice-looking jersey. Simple, and I like the color scheme/design.
3. The fans are *ing nuts. Not too many times you are impressed with a fanbase whose team has sucked for decades. Cubs excluded. ;)
4. I got it at a discount.

Edit: and I never wear a Tech jersey if the Gophers are at all involved.

Makes sense.

Makes sense.

Isn't that weird? :o

Honestly, it's like the Big Brother program. You'd be amazed at how many Gopher fans make the Houghton trip/vice versa. I think we had 50+ the last time we were there, and that was LESS than the time before.

Yeah, but you had the skybox.

He hasn't been fully corrupted by my friends and I. What I said was the tip of the ice berg and was tame in comparison to the rest of my friends.

he got mad cause I said that some chicks, by the way they dress and behave in clubs and bars basically have what's coming to them. No, they don't say "rape me", but as a woman, you have to know that there are sick *kers out there. I mean, DL trolls by the local daycare and elementary schools!

And those bar tendencies basically ruined a chance of dating at those places.

Girls: all he's thinking about is a good lay for a night
Guys: look at her, she really wants it, but probably just for tonight. Or she's just a tease.

It's BS.

Obviously he hasn't been to the Red Carpet.

In regard to the little ones:

Alan Garner: [while picking up Phil at the school where he works] Did you have to park so close?
Doug Billings: Yeah, what's wrong?
Alan Garner: I shouldn't be here.
Doug Billings: Why is that, Alan?
Alan Garner: I'm not supposed to be within two hundred feet of a school... or a Chuck E. Cheese.

Diva?

(906):
It's cute how he thinks we're going to have sex again

This has to be Twitch:

(620):
It went from "haha, this will be funny" to "full blown anime porn fetish"

Re: TRP: More metal than your mother

Question for anyone reading: My nephew's high school graduation party/boot camp departure party is later today. While cleaning out my mom's stuff I found some old purses with money in them. I have power of attorney, but according to my lawyer, I'm not able to gift people her money. This had meant until just recently that I couldn't really gift my nephew any grad bucks. now that I've found this money, do I slip some extra into what I was going to enclose in my card, letting him know the extra is on her behalf? Or am I missing a problem angle somewhere?

On the practical side, who is going to know that you didn't come up with the cash yourself and say it's from mom?

Re: TRP: More metal than your mother

I absolutely LOVE the new Geico commercial with Lee Ermey as the therapist.

Re: TRP: More metal than your mother

Oh come on. Like you really use your pinky for anything. Unless you have the coke-nail or deploy the shocker.
*sigh* Not that I'm comparing Swansong to James Bond, but...

Vesper Lynd: If the only thing left of you was your smile and your little finger, you'd still be more of a man than anyone I've ever known.

James Bond: That's because you know what I can do with my little finger...

On the other practical side, I have five nieces/nephews after him.
Graduation killed me this year. Brother, Sister, and Sister's fiancé all graduated. I gave a decent sum to each. :o

The estate isn't settled yet? When I had power of attorney for my parents, my accountant reminded me continually that" no good deed goes unpunished"
