Let's just say i'm extremely happy my hotel in duluth was a stone's throw away. I can't believe I didn't fall into the lake near the William A Irvin. That's easily the second most drunk i've ever been.

And you could easily set the record in Houghton. My money is on Thursday night and sometime partially through pitcher 4.

I think the general happening has been:

Thu: show up at the Downtowner. Have a couple LI pitchers and some wings. Kinda get the feel to the weekend/crowd.

Fri: Soumi's breakfast. Chill a bit, sightsee (read: get to know your surroundings, see the lift bridge, maybe go to the Gay Bar in Gay, MI). Tailgate. Game. Post game at the DT, Ambassador (fishbowls/taco pizza), etc.

Sat: repeat Fri.

Sun: go home.

Edit for bbdl: I should try for that record sometime. I've hit 4. Never 5, though.

maybe. The worst ever was my second night drinking (like four days after my 21st and the last day of finals) was pretty epic. Considering I had zero tolerance, I put down a half bottle of bacardi, like six beers, and a bunch of tequila shots.

I remember waking up the Thursday of one Carnival and looking at the booze I had left and realizing that I was half way through my third fifth when I passed out the night before, which was actually at about 6am.

I need to see that place, if only for the rep it has. I have that fault of being content at the DT.

I don't think I've crashed out before 4-5am on any Houghton trip. That last "Cool Down" drink post-bar always seemed to finally be empty just before (or at times as.....) the sun rose.

Does the Upslut still have quarters on Thursdays? I drank too many of those ****ty beers trying to kill off a platter someone bought, that **** was nasty. But still, it was only a quarter each.
