I've been waiting for the winter carnival to make the journey. It's been on my list since the last time they ventured up there. I may have to accelerate that schedule though.

I've just recently started taking Gopher roadtrips. Only been to MSU, UMD, and UND. Amazing (wcha playoffs a couple years back), fun (but pretty much boxed my liver), and not so hot (lost a catalytic converter and nearly lost the transmission).

Understandable. I'd rather deer hunt than watch Tech hockey. At least when hunting gets boring it's quiet enough to nap.

Carny is pretty awesome, too. I was just saying MN/MTU because that brings more of the posters out and about. Carny, you'll most likely just meet a bunch of the Techies.

Dude. MTU.

Thu: 50 cent wings and $7.50 Long Island Pitchers. They don't bother giving you a glass.

$12 tickets, per game.

Soumi's breakfast. Outstanding. And they have the Dragon Lady.

Double Bubbles. No 2 for 1's. They just give you a double. Probably served by Quasi.

SO much fun.

Ideally, there'll be a MN @ MTU Carnival coming up, and that'd be great fun, but hotel rooms are almost nonexistent for that weekend (or any Carny weekend, really.) A trip up on a weekend bracketing Carny would be fine though, make sure you see the snow statues at some point.

Brent you might want to get hotel room this year since I graduated. Also I like bbdl will be hunting deer that weekend

Ducati could take them to Schmidts seeing how he lives right around there but also their wing prices jumped this past year
