The only NHL2k8 game that doesn't have fighting is the PS2 version. It's a glitch in that version.

There is fighting in the Wii version.

I hear ya. What I'd probably do is get a 30-year but pay it off quicker if I can manage to pull that off. It's nicer to have the flexibility that way.

I've been saving up for a down payment since I started working just over two years ago. I definitely have the money, now it's just a matter of figuring out the work situation. I can't pull the trigger unless they can guarantee me a job for at least 6 months. By then the emergency fund would be as high as I need it to be.

There's fighting in the NHL2K8 PS2 (that's the version we were playing). What I meant was, no one wanted to fight, despite our best efforts. I think in about 15-20 games, we had one fight.

Made a lot of guys acquire blue arrows (intimidated) in the game, including a day-high of 4 on one shift. :D :D :D

That being said, we played most of the game 3-on-5. And before you ask, we were playing on the normal/average/whatever level since before Sunday, I think I played the game once, and my buddy maybe played it 3-4 times.

I didn't realize that Clint Eastwood was 80. Holy ****.

I mean, I knew he had a few years on him, but I didn't think he was that old.

I find it funny that Brent, who refuses to use a credit card at a grocery store, is the one to lecture you guys on the joys of Netflix streaming. :p ;)

Knowing that Brent is as big a fan of The State as I am (at least I assumed as much) I figured he would've instantly bought it the same way I did.

Clearly, Brent is a phony.

Go to bar, for $2 burger and fries and $1.50 drinks, watch the baseball game which doesn't start until 9, and most likely get too little sleep and drink too much.

or

Stay home, where I have no cable or internets, read the book I've been working on and occasionally check on my fantasy baseball team with my blackberry. Don't have any food at home, so this scenario would also involve me not eating tonight.
