Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

I'm sorry, but that's not appetizing at all. I love fried food, but that's downright over-the-top disgusting. Especially because it's KFC.
You can get it with grilled chicken too ;) :p

OK, so getting that with grilled chicken saves you 80 calories and 9 grams of fat. However, you're still looking at a 460 calorie sandwich with 23 grams of fat, so that's really not that significant. Also, the grilled version has 10% more sodium than the original.

Ugh. That sandwich just sounds SO revolting. Not to be one of those healthy eating food snobs or anything, but good lord, but what cretin thought that would be a good idea?

So, because it's Foxton2's mom, you find that rather attractive?

No, but it went from "I need to go vomit now" to "Ugh, you guys are gross."

The KFC exec who, unlike you, wisely will not underestimate the stupidity and gluttony of the American public.

Ah, yes. Both valid points. Ugh. Plus, watching the ad you can clearly see their target demographic: men who feel they need to prove their manliness by any means possible.

Listen, it's either this way or having everyone whipping their dicks out to measure in public. Your choice.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

The wild burger belongs here.

Oh, I read today that the new bar downtown the moved into the old NBA City has a deep fried jucy lucy.
Hubert's took over that space. They're keeping their bar outside the Humpty Dome, too. I guess all those medical professionals working at HCMC go there pretty often.

Huberts, ok. I knew that I'd heard the name before, I wasn't sure where it was before/where the other location is. Maybe I'll check it out tomorrow, either that, or I hear that Roy Smalley has a new place down there. ;)

I'm going there right now to try one of those ********. I had heard of it before, but this is the first picture I've seen. I'm sold.

Verdict: Not too bad. It's still a KFC product, their Colonel's Sauce was uninspiring, the pepper jack cheese wasn't peppery and the bacon was thin, but... not too bad at all. Worth trying, anyway, and not as greasy as most KFC products usually are.

I was at Smalley's this past Wednesday or Thursday (old Champp's location), and the burger I had was decent, but the prices were a little high.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

I've been in NBA City once, happened to be a non-bouncyball night. Why?

2 for 1s on anything. ANYTHING. I repeat, ANYTHING. And this was a normal practice, I guess, on non-game-nights. Place was dead, only good for a warm up drink or if you just wanna hang with your friends and chill, but I have to admit it was a really nice setup. HDs everywhere, leather (or more likely faux leather) easy chairs, etc. It really wanted to be higher class, but it just wasn't.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

Seeing as GILFs have been compared with peeling open a grilled cheese sandwich, I'm surprised no one's compared the KFC Double Down with a couple of grandparents having sex.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

I wonder if it sounds like shoving a fist in a jar of mayo when you eat that sandwich.

Rep I got for this (I will let the author reveal him/herself, if s/he wishes):

Two meaty thighs sandwiching a thin, wrinkled slice of meat, with a glob of "special sauce" and plenty of sticky cheese all over the place. Enjoy!

Saw Roy sandwiched between Laura Schara and Natalie Kane during the Twins pregame on Monday. Never wanted to be Roy more in my life.
