Think Kevin was a better choice this year than Hosea was.

Tom's blog had Ed finishing 3rd which is a bit of a surprise. Guess it wasn't just dessert.

And as for TC Just Desserts, not sure about it yet, but.....
Yes, I'd volunteer to be on the tasting panel in a nanosecond.

Reading Tom's (great) blog it wasn't really close and he mentions several times Kevin's dishes were the best dishes they've had to date for a finale episode.

Top Chef All-Stars is very likely going to be awesome. I'll be glad to see Dale from Season 3 and Fabio from Season 5 again, as they were two of my favorites. Marcel is going to be interesting, as always.

There should be no complaints about "just average" cooking in Season 8.
