The ECAC's are in Atlantic City, not Lake Placid.
I thought that there was not a consolation game at the Final Five this year? That's how they managed to keep the "Final Five" name, because there are five games, the two pre-semis / play-in games, two semis, and the final.NoDak will play Michigan Tech four (or five) times which doesn't help them. They will play two TUC at the Final Five...the semi-final and the consolation or final.

BTW, you've still got LP as the place of the ECAC Final Four in Scenario 3.
Also, there is no longer a consolation game at the Final Five.
That makes sense, because when I think of ice hockey, I naturally think of Atlantic City![]()
Grumble
Well, your Sioux are screwed if they lose the semi-final then.![]()
Anyway, would you mind telling me what the chances are of me seeing Union in Bridgeport/Manchester/Green Bay/St. Louis? I think last week you mentioned that they could miss the tournament and I'm wondering if that changed after the games this weekend. Thanks.
The ECAC still has a consolation game, right?![]()
I don't really care too much about being #1 overall.
So long as we're a #1 seed, I'll be pleased.
So umm what would be the ideal host city of the ECAC Championship? Just curious.
Yeah, last time Air Force and Yale were in a Regional in Bridgeport, how did that work out?

Bring it back to Boston!
Refresh my memory, how was that done? I vaguely remember as a kid watching both the ECAC and HE championship games on NESN...at the old Garden. Were the HE/ECAC semis all at the Garden as well? When did this end?
Unfortunately, with the majority of ECAC schools being in NY, I assume there best options are still in New York.

It was called HockeyFest and the ECAC semis were on Thursday, Hockey East on Friday then the ECAC finals Saturday afternoon and the Hockey East finals at night. We joked that it was like in high school, where the JV plays then the Varsity plays![]()
