#77 KENDALL COYNE, NORTHEASTERN
(Sophomore Forward; Palos Heights, Ill.)
Coyne recorded four points (2g,2a) in two NU victories at Colgate and Syracuse. Coyne had two points (1g,1a) in each game. She finished the weekend with 15 shots on goal and a +2 plus/minus rating for the Huskies

PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#9 SARAH LEFORT, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
(Freshman Forward; Ormstown, Que.)
Lefort tied the game and then gave BU the lead for good with her first two collegiate goals in a 4-2 win over No. 4 Boston College on Friday night at Conte Forum. She led the Terriers with five shots and was a +1 in her debut.

WHEA CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#29 CHLOE DESJARDINS, NORTHEASTERN
(Sophomore Goaltender; Saint-Prosper, Beauce, Que.)
Desjardins recorded a .969 save percentage with 63 saves in two NU road wins over the weekend. She recorded her first career shutout with 29 saves at Colgate on Friday and had a career-high 34 stops at Syracuse on Saturday.

WHEA CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#35 VILMA VAATTOVAARA, NEW HAMPSHIRE
(Freshman Goaltender; Veikkola, Finland)
Vaattovaara recorded two road wins over the weekend vs. Colgate and Syracuse, along with a .940 save percentage (47 saves on 50 shots) and a 1.80 GAA. Hockey East

WHEA TEAM OF THE WEEK
BOSTON UNIVERSITY TERRIERS
The No. 6 nationally ranked Terriers officially opened the season on Friday with a 4-2 road win at No. 4 Boston College in the league opener. Boston University scored four goals on 28 shots to earn their first two league points of the year.

HOCKEY EAST WEEKLY TOP PERFORMERS

Sara Carlson, UNH (Fr., F, Hutchinson, Minn.) Tallied three points (2g,1a) on the weekend in her first two collegiate games.

Jonna Curtis, UNH (Elk River, Minn.) Tallied a goal and an assist against Colgate on Saturday.

Emily Field, BC (So. F, Littleton, Mass.) Recorded a goal and an assist in a 4-2 loss to BU on Friday.

Tori Hickel, NU (Fr., F, Anchorage, Alaska) Tallied three points (1g, 2a) in two NU wins at Colgate and Syracuse.

Jessica Hitchcock, UNH (LaSalle, Ont.) Notched a goal and an assist on the weekend.

Marie-Philip Poulin, BU (Jr., F, Beauceville, Que.) Assisted on both the game-tying and game-winning goals in 4-2 win over BC.

Haley Skarupa, BC (Fr. F, Rockville, Md.) Recorded a team high six shots in Friday's game against BU.

Kerrin Sperry, BU (Jr., G, North Reading, Mass.) Stopped 29 shots and allowed just two goals to help guide BU to a 4-2 win over BC.

Shannon Stoneburgh, BU (So., D, Pickering, Ont.) Scored the first goal of the game and finished with a plus-2 rating as BU defeated BC, 4-2.
