The results are in. Firstly, congrats to Hux and me for correctly predicting the Vermont/Boston College tie. I guess an equal congrats should be given to Rstarr and Trillium for getting the PC/Boston University pick correct :( (Also, welcome back Trillium - the time you spent studying up on Hockeyeast paid off :cool:)

You 'n me both:o I decided to play it a little safer this week- like they tell you before a big exam - don't second guess yourself, and overthink the problem:rolleyes:

Of course I'd be a LOT better off, if when I pick a team to tie first, win or lose second in a 2 game set, they would please not mess with my order:(

Ding Ding, you win. I was very close to submitting this game as a tie, and then backed out, figuring I couldn't afford any more disasters like last weekend. :(

Northeastern up 1 - 0 over Maine at the start of the second. Shots lopsided in Huskies favor.

Maine shot count adding up now thanks to repeated Northeastern PK's

End of two, the score remains, however NU can't stay out of the box, and shots are now 24 - 14 in NU's favor (as opposed to 16 - 5 after 1)

2 - 2 at the end of regulation - OT again!

2 - 2 FINAL SCORE

Midway through the first (holds breath, clenches, and knocks wood) Vermont ahead of BU 1 - 0.

End of one VT 1 - BU 0 Shots are 11 - 10 in favor of BU.

BU tied the game half way through the 2nd on a 5 on 3.

1 - 1 after 2

Tied at the end of regulation!

With a minute left in the first. St. Lawrence leads BC 4 - 1! Did the Eagles leave Boston with no wheels on the bus?
