See once again und fans are proven less than reliable...everyone knows that Jarkko Ruutu is the only good Finn. (Along with Kimi Raikkonen of course.)

Jarko Ruutu looks like a crack baby. Or was that Esa Tikkanen? Eh, it doesn't really matter. Both make Dirty look like George Clooney.

Lutefisk sucks.
Pastys suck.
Houghton sucks, but at least the booze is cheap.

No wonder Tech sucks. They're just trying to fit in.

I work with a guy from Norway. He didn't have lutefisk until he came to UND.

Because I want to see MY team play there. MY team. The Gophers. How many Sioux games have you been to since I've made yearly trips (for MN-MTU series) to Houghton?

The same reason MNS goes to Houghton for the Gopher-Tech games.

So when the schedule rotates and the Gophers aren't in town, you won't be planning a trip to Houghton that year, correct? ;)

Correct. I was planning on hitting Madison this year, until I saw MN@Houghton.

I heard that it's because lutefisk was pretty much peasant food, something the poorest people ate. Then, many of them came here in the 1800's due to being unhappy. Since then it has been a "heritage" thing, making it so more people eat it here than there.
