There will always be an England, but maybe not a UK.

Liz Truss is reportedly losing.

No word on if she's losing to a head of lettuce this time...

Heh. Mandatory!

Seven cabinet ministers have lost and Jeremy Hunt is running neck and neck. If he loses it would be historic on two fronts: an eighth secretary to lose tonight and the first sitting Chancellor of the Exchequer to lose.

Oh, and Labour is increasing its vote share over 2019. So much for that Righty talking point. But my god, Conservatives have lost 20 points off their vote share. Not 20 percent. 20 absolute points. From 37% to 17%. That is 46% of their support.

Half their f-cking voters defected or stayed home.

Hunt wins by 800 votes. He won by 11000 in 2019.

Greens are way up over 2019. How'd that happen? Left voters feeling free to vote aspirationally?

Bond villain Jacob Rees-Mogg may have lost his seat. I can't find a vote, but Google search identifies him as a former member of Parliament

Novara said not called yet. They just left the air. They were so good!

The seat was just called. He lost. Hah!

And with that, Labour clinches a majority in Parliament.

I have been watching NM for years. I've chatted on Twitter and Twitch with Michael Walker and Ash Sarkar. They are brilliant. They broadcast a live show weekdays at 1pm Eastern time.
