Couple videos from the game:

Video of the entire shootout (16:9, 480p) via RPI TV with WRPI commentary:

Video of the goals (4:3, 480i) via RPI Athletics:

I'm hoping to have the whole game available in HD in the next couple days.

The shootout video was great--12 rounds---wow!

Fine. You could've made something of yourself, now you'll just follow in the footsteps of RWD. Mark my word, she'll be the ruin of you and don't come crying to me when that happens.

You should have offered Biddy the SuperGirl gig. I can see him not wanting to be Robin but find it extremely difficult to believe he wouldn't have jumped at being "SuperGirl".

After watching yesterday's USWJr game vs RPI (along with the practices), Jason Zucker was clearly the best player on the ice

I agree....thought Zucker was the best player as well

Anyone going to the US/Finland game on Sunday?

The First Lady and I will be there in Section 104.

Scored a couple of good priced seats on stubhub.

i assume the scratches are locks for the team, so definitely surprised that d'amigo was dressed (other than to play his old squad maybe).

I will be going on Tuesday. My brother secured a day pass in the 200 level (club level), and for all three games that day.

To not have D'Amigo play that game would have been an insult to everyone in the building. Sure he'll make the squad, but he deserved one last game at HFH.

You probably hit the nail on the head. Coach Allain would have been been booed unmercifully later this season if JD'A hadn't dressed on Sunday.

Didn't the crowd boo him when he attempted his shootout shot?

Yes, but he's also the only opposition that did not receive the traditional "You Suck!" during the intros.

He'll always be a member of the RPI family, but when it gets down to the end (i.e. the shootout), the home crowd of course wants their home team to win. We still gave them a fair cheer during the handshakes, and we'll be cheering them on next week.

He'll always be a member of the RPI family, but when it gets to the point where it really doesn't matter anymore (i.e. the shootout), the home crowd of course wants their home team to win. We still gave them a fair cheer during the handshakes.

Oswego's student section booed the USA 18 and under team throughout a game two years ago when we lost 4-3 in overtime. What I'm excited about is that team is now a heavy dose of this year's junior team. Can't wait for Sunday! Mind if I ask what you guys paid for those day passes? I wish I would have looked into those more considering Canada/Russia is the game prior to US/Finland on Sunday.

$200 for club level. That was $80 each for US and Canada, and $40 for Finland/Switzerland. I'm not sure if the day passes are still available now that there are individual tickets available. The site gotickets.com has a few games available, although quite a bit more expensive. They do have the Canada/Russia game available. I'm sure you could find something on one of those ticket trading sites.

EDIT: The site buffaloworldjuniors.com still has tickets available, albeit more expensive than the day passes. Gold Medal game 100/200 level right now is $250.

Re: The WJC Thread that HOKYDOPE didn't Start. USA! USA! USA!

Correct on Coyle, Clendening and Dumoulin. Sounds like Samuelsson will make it, too. I don't think he should, but I'm hearing he will. Nieto, Brickley and Oleksiak are all right on the bubble, but will probably be out barring an injury. y would have to be absolutely spectacular in camp and probably have a couple guys go down to make it.

Edit: And obviously Kreider's a lock, too.

The only thing to argue about is how reliable my source is. I think he's very reliable. You don't. I can't reveal who it is. There's very little to debate here. We'll just have to wait and see.

As we all suspected, your source stunk up the joint. Somewhere hokydad is smiling.

That being said... Merry Christmas to everyone and God Bless the USA.
