If there was any part of me considering going to Allentown, when I looked at the Friday Sunday gamedays, I knew the answer is 'no'.
Why the change to an off day between regional semis and finals this year? I feel like the NCAA never cared about the in person fan experience, but this feels like they care even less (but hey, you could sit at home now and watch every game.....which is of course the tv $ that is wanted).
Not sure why they changed it, but BB has been having an off day for as long as I can remember. Maybe they are making it the same as that?
As for the gaps- those are infuriating for sure in person. But for people who would rather plant themselves in a seat at home- the schedule is pretty darned good, since there are no games that are playing at the same time. 4 games in a row on Thursday and Friday isn't a horrible thing if you are a couch potato. And, again, this reflects the TV schedule for BB.
