The issue with the Facebook valuation is that it is priced expecting a ton of revenue growth ( Amazon has a similar problem), if (when?) they don't make the numbers they need the stock has only one way to go: down. I'm not going to be interested in Facebook until the price reaches the teens (and even then I'd prefer the low teens) because I just don't think that the needed growth will happen (I don't think that Facebook translates well to mobile and that's going to keep away the next generation of users).
And already, people are suing Facebook and the stock rating companies for making them lose money. I'll be shocked if a judge actually hears the case. Don't get me started on CBS MarketWatch calling Facebook the new Lehman Brothers.
