In a 4-3 ruling, the Supreme Court said Thursday that “boneless wings” refers to a cooking style, and that Berkheimer should’ve been on guard against bones since it’s common knowledge that chickens have bones. The high court sided with lower courts that had dismissed Berkheimer’s suit.

“The question must be asked: Does anyone really believe that the parents in this country who feed their young children boneless wings or chicken tenders or chicken nuggets or chicken fingers expect bones to be in the chicken? Of course they don’t,” Justice Michael P. Donnelly wrote in dissent. “When they read the word ‘boneless,’ they think that it means ‘without bones,’ as do all sensible people.”

I'm sure the GOP justices came to this decision after pondering their spinelessness, yet still having spines. Then got take out and got a nice bag.

Wait was this that young pastor guy? Like others, I'm not giving bari weiss clicks. But I'm actually moderately surprised if it is that guy. I gave him like 2-3 weeks tops. He was dangerously unprepared. So good for him for sticking it out so far. But I really don't give a fuck about anything he has to say.

I once ate with a guy who basically swallowed a prime rib. He cut huge chunks, took a few bites, if that, and swallowed. No way that was all chewed up.
 
For as often as my wife ribs me about my loud chewing (product of living alone for too long), there are some truly piggish eaters out there.
 
About to cross the St Croix on 94 headed west. Time to lock the doors and make sure the windows are up tight. Sconnies and Nodaks both speak of seeing the dead emerge from the earth here, but I’ve never seen it. Just a lot of sorry looking people. Lock the doors just the same.
